Shipping policy

1. How long will it take to receive my product?

Cut-off time is 6:00 pm (PST) every day.

Shipment Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery Time: Transit time is 7-15 days.

Please note that we do not operate on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.

In the event that we experience high volume or severe weather conditions in some areas, shipping may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipping of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

6. Your package is incorrect/damaged

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in the best possible condition. If the item you received is damaged, we apologize. Please email us at [email protected] within one week, including a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

7. Undeliverable Packages

You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred when returning or receiving the item in the event that the item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, item refusal, or other circumstances beyond our control.
